Summary: This is a historic hotel and you can read about it in an area near the hotel called The Club, but the best feature of this hotel is the sunset view. The sunset view is so beautiful and you can see it either from your room or from the lounge at 5F. The staffs are very welcoming and wonderful. This is one of the best places we've been to where you can just relax and watch the day pass in your room in the middle of beautiful nature. We will definitely be back again.

Summary: The hotel is very nice and has fantastic facilities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with great amenities. Staff are very friendly however are not really fluent in English... they know enough to get by but by no means equivalent to international hospitality standards, was not well enough. The biggest downside is the extremely limited room service menu (full menu options from the restaurants are not available for room service) and the only vegan item for room service is an extremely tiny portion of french fries which had 15 fries on a plate. Probably more suited to Japanese travellers than westerners.

Summary: Superb service. Comfortable suite with nice bath tub and rain shower. Superb food at the French restaurant. Beautiful bay view. Perfect way to start the day. The small library lounge is relaxing and offers free refreshments. The roof garden is very nice also. It's expensive but worth the money.
