Summary: For what we paid this place was run down, less than clean, and disappointing. Pool was gross, hot tub was closed, shower felt like you might fall through the floor. I’d only stay here if it’s your only option. The people were nice and helpful though.

Summary: Didnt have a lot of options last night but for almost $300/ night we had food left in the refigerator, a uaed coffee pod left in the coffee maker, only 1 fresh coffee pod in the room, pumpkin seeds on the floor, no soap, and nat like flying bugs in the room, and the towels were folded but left haphazardly in the bathroom. There was a coffee pot in the lobby but no cream of any kind available. The beds were clean at least.

Summary: ya mught want to do some maintanence on the building. outside Really needs panted. inside carpet is Nasty . all areas need painted inside. coffee pot is what u would see in a Budget motel. Get some Kurigs for crimany sakes.

Summary: the hotel was fine, just a bit dated. we were in town to fish the next day, and it was a convenient location.

Summary: The cost exceeded $300 per night. The facility was in poor shape. Looked run down. Shortage of towels, no toiletries or soap, no blow dryer, poor internet, and they did not have coffee after the first day. The hot tub was not working. Seemed to be out of service for some time. The Shilo Inn Resturant next door was out of business. We booked three nights and left after the second night. On a positive note, the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect and fit our needs. This location needs a full renovation or cut the rates in half.

Summary: The team member that check us in was unprofessional and very rude at check in. She did not explain pool hours or lay of the hotel. Her tone was not friendly and she seemed bothered by having to help us. Our room had food on the floor, stains on the carpet and everything was dirty. The room had not been dusted in a while. Several amenities were not functioning, including the hot tub. Overall this was not the best experience. We did not feel welcome or warm and fuzzy about staying at this property. I will not return for another stay or recommend this to others.

Summary: Great place to stay. Right off bus line if flying in from Portland, OR. Fred Meyer grocery around the corner. Washateria inside hotel. Fantastic customer service!

Summary: The check in took too long since the system did not work well. The property looked, smelled, and felt worn and old. The A/C was extremely loud so I opened the window for some air and the window was filthy. The hot tub and half the fitness center was not operable.
