Positive: This place offers great value for money, especially for a two-bedroom unit. The price is very reasonable. The space is mostly clean, spacious, and well-designed. The beds are comfortable, and the furniture is of good quality. It also comes with a complete set of utensils and cooking facilities, which is very convenient.
Negative: The location is quite far from key areas and trafficked. The bathroom faucet wasn't functioning properly, and the washing machine was difficult to use and inconveniently located far from a power source. Additionally, we experienced issues with mosquitoes and flies.

Negative: The only issue was the aircondition in the dining room at the time of our stay, it was not working but there are fans available. The owner says that they will get the aircondition checked after our stay.
