Summary: We only stayed here one night, but wished we had stayed longer. The location is quiet yet close to many nice parks and restaurants, and very close to many convenient train stations. The Library theme is amazing, I loved getting to peruse the books and pick a little reading nook. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of Japanese and western options. And the staff are exceptional. We will be staying here again

Summary: The initial impression is extremely nice with complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea. Also there is a very welcoming space where visitors alike are able to wind down outside of their rooms. Me, my husband, and daughter stayed in a room with three single beds, one was a bunk bed. As this was the only room left. The room was clean but my only gripe was with the bathroom. Often I would get a whiff of an unpleasant smell. Not sure if it’s because of how their plumbing worked. Also the ceiling seemed to be thin because it was easy to hear upstairs neighbors walk around which did keep me up at night. Once I put on white noise I was able to fall asleep just fine. The service was incredibly nice! They were very accommodating and were able to hold our luggage which was great since our flight out of Tokyo was at 9pm. Also great location to hop on the monorail to the airport!

Summary: Easy check-in. Staff were very friendly. All spoke great English. Free coffee in the lobby. Room was exactly like the pictures. Room was very clean and had lots of amenities. Filtered water machine on our floor. Self serve laundry was cheap and amazing to use, with an app to monitor the load. Hotel location was close to train and stores but in a nice quiet area. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: Nice, clean and well furnished hotel with good facilities such as filtered water dispenser and washing machine. Location was good, in a more quiet area and conveniently close to the train station. Good variety of restaurants nearby as well. Reception staff were friendly and helpful in organising luggage transfer.

Summary: Excellent customer service from staff at front desk , and from the staff who greet you on arrival and help with your luggage. Upon arrival my suitcases were transferred from the taxi into the hotel, helped with my credit card payment problem with taxi, and my suitcases were taken up to my room . Such great customer service after a long flight was much appreciated. My room was small but adequate enough that I could lay my suitcases open on the floor easily. The bathroom is small but ok. The location of the hotel is excellent with lots of local restaurants nearby and close to several subways and train stations. Use Google map and locate the closest McDonald's. If you head there you will find lots of eating options close by. If you continue walking past McDonald's, you will find the Daimon subway, and if you walk further you will find another train station which will take you to Tokyo station. We chose to take a taxi to the Tokyo station and the cost was 2700 yen in May, 2025. There were several Family Marts and 7-Elevens on the route from Shiba Park to McDonald's. We ate at several of the tiny restaurants enroute to McDonald's and what I especially liked was the fact that mostly local people frequented these small restaurants. Shiba Park is rated as a "modest " hotel, but the staff takes it up a notch in my opinion. Each floor has a library room you can sit in while your hubby sleeps, and there is a water dispenser near the elevator on each floor. The ice machine is on the 5th.
