Summary: Let's face it, staying in downtown Vancouver is expensive these days. But if you want to get the most amazing experience for your dollar, you will choose the Sheraton Wall Centre. The rooms are so amazing, especially in the North tower. Staff are very professional and helpful.

Summary: Design of hotel inconvenient for North Tower gues who must walk in the rain to catch an Uber at alternate tower. The lobby furnishings are hideous with bright multi colored couches that scream bad design. Food options were uninspired like a convention hotel. On the positive side, corner room was large and comfortable.

Summary: With the average nightly cost of the unit we stayed in in the mid $500s i expected a 5 star level experience. I was disappointed by the level of quality disparity between expectation and the actual reality of the stay. Wether it was late housekeeping that delayed our check in to 1730pm or no housekeeping entirely on some days this was not the standard a mid $500 a night hotel should be tolerating. I would easily spend the extra $100 a night for a stay at the Fairmont to justify the value for money spent. The one saving grace this hotel has is its Cafe/Bar. Absolutely outstanding customer service befitting the title of one of the best hotel brands in the world. They deserve nothing but praise.
