Summary: Food was absolutely amazing! We dined on creations prepared by a two star Michelin chef. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel overall was amazing. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. I would also love to stay here again in the near future.

Summary: Gave us a different room than I paid for which had a tub in the middle of the room. Really hated it. Asked for ice to be brought up. Brought it up in a bag that was turned on its side inside the ice bucket so when I went to open the ice it all spilled out. I requested another and the server told me I did it on purpose and spoke to me like a child- telling me to come with him to the front desk while he told the manager what I did. I had just arrived after traveling all day, was in a robe and slippers and could not believe the audacity of this service worker. Literally stayed here every time I came to Van, but never again. The spa is a joke and they had children running around wild while the dad was in the steam room.

Summary: This is an excellent 5-star hotel in downtown Vancouver, our suites were clean, the staff were very welcoming. They are very helpful and take all effort to make your stay comfortable. The location is great, many eateries nearby, and close to Stanley Park, aquarium etc. Parking is tough since it is downtown, but valet parking is available. The staff are the highlight of the hotel!
