Positive: The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle from Chicago O’Hare was an extra benefit. We would definitely stay there again.

Positive: The rooms were nice and big, especially when traveling with several suitcases. Enough space to open them and not feel tight. The connecting door was great for us as a family.

Negative: We were surprised that we had to pay for breakfast separately. Not aware that hotels have changed that and no longer include breakfast in their rate.

Summary: Great location for leaving from Ohare and shuttle service was very convenient.

Positive: The rooms are clean, large, and comfortable. The restaurant staff were really nice and made the stay better.

Negative: Upon check in , the room I booked wasn’t available so they gave me a different room. Even though it was the same price, they didn’t offer an apology or anything. I was exhausted from traveling and didn’t want to make my own situation feel worse than it already was. I found the check in staff to be rather unfriendly and unprofessional in this matter.

Positive: Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the property offers great amenities that made everything convenient and enjoyable. The location is ideal, especially being close to the airport, which made our travel plans much easier. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience — their kindness and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in the area!
