Positive: I liked the room and the breakfast. Breakfast was convenient and there are options if you don't want the buffet. The location is close to the airport and even closer to the rental car return.
Negative: The rooms are in desperate need of updating and the hotel carpets could use some deep cleaning or replacing.

Positive: The rooms are extra large and the sofa is nice. Bed was ok and the pillows were great.
Negative: The phone in my room didn't work, and the website for room service didn't work. I had to take the elevator down to order room service, which kind of defeats the purpose. There were dirty plastic cups left in the room that smelled like beer.
