Negative: The reception behaviour was strange, they charge additional amount for security. There was no one to take the bags

Negative: It mentioned microwave in room amenities but there wasn’t a microwave even in the lounge for guests to use leave alone in rooms. Club rooms had lounge access , food options are limited but veg options were limited to salad and margarita pizza squares!
