Summary: It was our second visit to this hotel during the New Year time. Pluses: Again, it was a good compromise between the price and the services. The territory around the hotel might be the best among all other 4-5 star hotels in the vicinity. Very good beach. Nice breakfast buffet Minuses: the hotel definitely needs renovation. The restaurant is often overfilled between 8:30 and 10. The check-in procedure is VERY slow - the slowest one we have ever experienced.

Summary: Service was excellent. Room was a bit dated. Air conditioning was minimal, but still comfortable. It was not too busy when I was there, so I could find a seat either on the beach or at one of the pools.

Summary: I think it was a terrific place to be at. The management was very nice and friendly and we were able to check in early. The breakfast was good and the amenities around were great. Dinner, while expensive was tremendous and the ambience they created was exceptional. My only complaint would be that there weren’t enough workers so it took a little longer to get our drinks delivered at the pool (maybe they were really busy) But everything else was lovely. Our housekeeper cleaned every day and gave us a ton of water (which we drank).

Summary: Loved the variety of outdoor pool options. Spent most of our time in the lagoon pool. It was shady and had lots of day beds with umbrellas nearby. My only complaint was noisy neighbors at night.
