Positive: Got the hotel room at a good price. We looked at this exact hotel in April a few months ago and the price was way too high for the same room. We had to book across the street in another hotel. This time the price seemed better.
Negative: The room was comfortable, the pillows on the bed unfortunately were old and flat…would have expected higher quality from a Sheraton Hotel. Also, it would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby in the morning. Travellers most of the time leave early and it is always nice to grab one upon leaving.
Summary: Good hotel, little extras as mention would have made it excellent.

Positive: The spacious room, adequate electrical outlets. The perfect location with mall is attached. no need to drive very far. All necessary amenities available
Negative: The long wait for elevators but there was a dart tournament with 1000 players but most times they did work

Positive: From check-in to check-out, we did not have one issue. Our room was very comfortable. I loved the nespresso machine in the room.
Negative: The only thing would be the ice machines were on every other floor. It's a small inconvenience that all.
