Summary: Two of 3 elevators worked which made getting in and out of the hotel a pain. Room was hot when we arrived. In the summer, they should have the thermostat on cool automatically. It was off completely.

Summary: Booked a room with 2 Queens and a sofabed, when I checked in they said they had a King for me. The room I selected wasn't available and i ended up with 2 doubles.

Summary: I booked this room for connivence to the convention center. I also book this hotel for a pool, which is false advertised on the website. They no longer have a pool at this location; I had children who were looking forward to using a pool. Also, I was told parking cost were $17.00 per day it was $24.00 per day. This made for hardships as we travel on tight budgets. As far as the hotel is concerned the staff was friendly, rooms were clean but without the pool there was no real value to stay at this location.

Summary: Room was nicely designed, but not thoroughly cleaned. Mattress was ok, but pillows were horrible. AC couldn’t keep up with heat and humidity.

Summary: The room temperature never got below 76°. Elevators were old and took a long time. Room was clean but the bathroom was small and outdated. Employees were very nice though.

Summary: Our stay was great and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. There is unfortunately no on-site parking and because of that, the price should come down a little. $22 a day to park.

Summary: Celeste at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. So was everyone at the front desk. The Jimmy V restaurant was as excellent also and catered nicely to allergies - the manager plus the hosts and servers were so excellent. The breakfast chef gave me some of the best grits I’ve eaten in a while! Thank you all for a great visit.
