Summary: Check in was great. Saturday night there was no TV, phone or wifi service and it did not return until some time in the early morning. There was zero hot water on Sunday morning so I could not shower and shave before leaving for my early morning departure. I requested my bill be adjusted but they would not. Will not return to this hotel on my next trip to Pittsburgh.
