Summary: I have stayed here often due to its proximity to a client and have enjoyed each stay. My rating for this stay is so poor because when the power was lost due to a storm (not the hotels fault obviously) I called down to inquire about any usable power outlets since I had just come off of a flight and my phone and computer were almost out of battery life. I was swiftly told "no" in an almost patronizing tone that was feigned politeness. I was also told (lied to actually) that there was no power at any hotel in all of Pittsburgh when I asked about helping me find accommodations where I could charge my phone and computer. I charged my phone at a gas station the next morning having been in the dark all night with no way to communicate with anyone other than the front desk and called other hotels in the area several of which had power. Realizing that the man at the front desk had completely fabricated that no hotels in all of Pittsburgh had power and I was lied to is what drives this review.

Summary: Tobius at the front desk was awesome!!! He provided excellent customer service. He was so friendly and helpful. He really made my check in experience quick and great. Room was okay. They could have been a little more cleaner but we were only here for a few hours to catch an early flight. Also the shower water pressure was horrible. Free airport shuttle was a huge plus and cheaper parking than the airport. About a 12 min drive to the airport. Would stay again to catch a flight.

Summary: It was warm and welcoming the moment we walked into the lobby. Facility is well maintained. The decor is inviting and updated. Friendly staff. Great location close to the airport. The airport shuttle was a great service.

Summary: The pool and hot tub were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Had a little trouble getting the shuttle as we were told someone had called them and then found out they didn’t so we waited downstairs for an hour. Breakfast selection was ok. Mirror was strangely placed in the room. Seemed all in all like a nice place though.
