Summary: We have stay at the Kiahuna yearly since 2010. This condo is by far the nicest one we have ever stayed in. We will definitely be back! The entire condo has been remodeled. The "retro" style kitchen is very functional and charming. We really appreciated the air conditioning on both floors, especially since the weather was a bit warmer on this trip. The decor was very simple and didn't feel cluttered like a lot of the condos at this resort feel. I was blown away by how nice this condo is compared with the many others we have stayed in.

Summary: My wife and I just finished our stay at this property. In short, every aspect of this beautiful condo is outstanding. Booking was easy, the pricing is fair, and the owner's communication with us exceeded anything we've experienced while renting many vacation properties over the years. Kiahuna Plantation at Poipu Beach is a stunning development. The buildings are well maintained, the grounds are landscaped beautifully, and the beachfront is exceptional. We walked the 5 minutes to the health club and used the gym and swimming pool amenities numerous days. The unit itself is the highlight. Its two floors provide substantial space. The furniture has been updated and the decorations are very attractive. The kitchen is well stocked and the new appliances with a vintage look are top notch. The king bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. We did not use the bunk beds in the second bedroom. We spent substantial time on the large patio on the second level, which looks into a beautiful banyan-like tree. The owner even had the foresight to include the top rated guide book on Kauai, which we used extensively. We look forward to returning to this terrific property. Two hints: for coffee, skip the long lines at the Little Fish Coffee Shop across the street--walk or drive the short distance to Eden Coffee--it's excellent; and two, Halukani Lanai restaurant is 25 to 30 minutes away--one of the best restaurants we've ever experienced. Beach House is very good; Duke's isn't.

Summary: Stunningly beautiful! Poipu is the most gorgeous beach the Iland has. No reason to go anywhere else. The property is so beautiful & walking around there’s so many beautiful things to see. The pool was a hot spot for the younger teenagers! Everything is within walking distance which is really nice.

Summary: We stayed here for a week and a half with grandparents and had a great time. The pool across the street was a hit (fun slide and great ‘beach’ zero depth entry) and the actual beach in front of the property was fun to play in the waves. We checked out the turtles on poipu beach and everything was within walking distance. The place was nice and I understand some updates are coming with the new owner! Will be wonderful I’m sure.

Summary: After visiting my son and daughter-in-law in Maui for a week with my girlfriend and her husband, we all flew to Kauai for the weekend. I only wish we had more time. The condo was decorated beautifully and the great room area was very spacious. The pool, hot tub and gym across the street exceeded our expectations. I also loved having restaurants and shopping so close. We enjoyed a happy hour each evening on Poipu Beach watching the sea turtles sleep and also got to see an endangered Hawaiian Monk Seal resting on the beach as well. Great location!

Summary: We stayed here with older kids for a family vacation. The location was great, the space was nice. The only downside to the place was the living room furniture. It was a little uncomfortable to sit in the chairs and couch. The condo is just a short walk to the beach and nearby hotels. We had an amazing time there and it was a vacation to remember.
