Summary: we got the room changed as many problems after 1st night staying. there was event with loud music outside hotel and noise proof was very poor. The toilet kept making whistling sound every hour and reasons unknown, the ac made loud noise at 3 and 5 am. first room was very dusty and lots of mold on the ceiling, cover got torn, got tripped by the carpet cause it was not flat. Second room wooden floor not flat and can easily got tripped. The door lock was half broker and there was cockroach in the room.

Summary: It is old-school luxury and that's why I love this hotel. The room is very spacious, quiet (even though fronting a main road), with nice gym and spa. Connectivity is good too - I can walk to the monorail, LRT and MRT, all within easy reach. Definitely recommended!
