Summary: Brilliant stay at this MO property in KL. We stayed in an Exec level room, which was a great choice. The room was very well appointed and spacious. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping things tidy. Exceptional service from Daniel in the Exec Lounge - super helpfu and kind giving great recommendations and arranging some excellent dinners. Also great service from the barman in the bar on the ground level. All staff encountered were very professional and provided excellent service. We will absolutely return!

Summary: Have stayed at this beautiful property multiple times over the years. Great location, very welcoming and helpful staff. Special mention to Natashya (concierge) - always with a friendly smile and made an extra effort to show me to the Hop on Hop off pick up point, on my recent stay in May 2025. There was also a very friendly & chatty doorman ( unfortunately can’t remember his name). They had a birthday cake on my return stay in June ( despite birthday was 3 days earlier). Appreciated it very much.

Summary: The hotel is lovely and the location is great. You have the Petronas towers walking distance away as you walk through a shopping mall just next door! There’s also a food court in the mall with such a variety of foods. I would definitely recommend. This hotel.

Summary: Good location and five star service throughput, this is a classy establishment and has a grand style. Location and facilities are good, great shopping and dining options available and close to Petronas towers however a tour would require booking in advance before your stay. The rooms are starting to look a little dated however all adds to the charm.

Summary: Amazing hotel with very very helpful and kind staff. Very delicious breakfast and various authentic malay, chinese and international dinner possibilities in the hotel. Very clean rooms and amenities. Hote is situated in a very central and safe are. We were there with our 18 months babyboy and loved it.
