Summary: Wonderful stay as usual. Spa is still the highlight of my stay. All staff very attentive and respectful. May need to tweak the rooms a bit as I found some loose wall sockets in my room. Toilet seat a bit dislodged. Need to maintain the quality if you are charging more than the surrounding hotels. Overall good stay though.

Summary: Rooms smaller and more dated than some newer hotels ( eg Grand Hyatt where we also stayed) but the breakfast and service impeccable and the best we experienced on our 2week trip. Swimming pool area as good , if not better than Grand Hyatt. The only negative is that the room doors are quite heavy so you hear them banging as well as the wooden bathroom doors and wardrobes. Grand Hyatt rooms larger and more open plan so no noise at all but breakfast and serve at pool nowhere near as good as Oriental

Summary: Great location - next to Petronas Towers. Short walk to bars, restaurants, shopping mall and metro station. We stayed in a club room and the club lounge was like an oasis - lovely food and drinks with perfect views from the 24th floor. Swimming pool area was lovely - got very busy but always managed to find a sunbed. Staff were exceptional, particular the lovely man from Penang in the club lounge (sorry can’t remember his name) and the doormen. Only slight disappointment was breakfast - just didn’t do it for me. Would go back in a heartbeat.
