Summary: Beautiful hotel and very convenient to Disney. The main beds were soft and very comfortable. The smaller twin beds were a bit hard. Buffet in the morning was excellent. Staff very accommodating. Would stay again!

Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout our stay was consistently friendly and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family, with a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed. The resort grounds were stunning—immaculately kept, with plenty of space for the kids to play and explore. What stood out most was how family-friendly the resort is. From activities for the kids to helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate us, it really made for a stress-free and memorable holiday.

Summary: It was a bit of squeezy and small for four persons and beds. Maybe try to change the layout and place seats at balcony instead? Balcony was empty and wanted to sit there while looking at the sea view. Also...english instructions for toalet seats so people can understand how to use it.

Summary: My mother and I stayed one night at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay, as part of a longer trip to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We were pleased to discover that because of the hotel's status as a partner hotel, we were very conveniently located near the monorail, and had some benefits similar to staying on property in one of the Disney-branded hotels. First off, we came in from another (Disney Good Neighbor) hotel via bus, which drops you at DisneySea's bus gate. We made our way via the monorail (which does have a fee, but totally worth it!) one stop over to the Welcome Center. We were then able to drop our bags off and have them delivered to the Sheraton, as we went to enjoy the rest of our day. Upon exiting the park, we rode the monorail back around to our stop, where a bus was waiting to drive us the short distance (literally across the street and up a large hill) to the hotel. The room was spacious, with a balcony that overlooks the parks. We were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony, which was a nice option! Unfortunately we had to move again the next morning (as we were checking in to the Ambassador Hotel), but we were able to get our bags onto the bus, over to the monorail, and back to the Welcome Center without too much hassle. Overall the property is wonderful, very worth the money, and next time we might just stay there the whole time!

Summary: Conveniently located for a disney trip. Walking distance to the monorail. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly. Having to pay for the outside pool i found a little strange but overall a veey comfortable stay and would definitely stay again.
