Positive: Location and close to the Disney parks

Negative: Expensive food options with not many other options. Too tired after the parks to go elsewhere so we paid it but not ideal for a large family. Rooms were comfortable but in need of a renovation. We were in the ocean view room.

Negative: All restaurants were pretty much buffet with set price. No a la carte other than cafeteria and the meals came out cold. Sometimes we only want a piece of toast and 8000Y is too much per person . The bakery items at Toastina weren’t fresh

Positive: The property views were amazing and the location is great! Staff are also great!

Negative: For an expensive hotel you then have to pay $25 a person per day to use the pool and in addition pay for your children to use the playground. With the expense already paid for accommodation at the hotel it’s a bit much to expect these costs also

Negative: I did not like that. There were additional charges for using an outdoor swimming pool. It is unreasonable and was not communicated clearly on the properties information of pride booking. The cost was an additional ¥10,000 to be able to use the outdoor garden pool. This is unreasonable.
