Summary: Our check in was amazing. Neeven was so sweet. She had a fruit platter delivered to our room for our anniversary. She was so nice. Our room was amazing. Corner room with double windows. The room was just renovated. Bed was comfortable. Had a fridge, but no freezer. Definitely would come back again.

Summary: We had gone back here to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations , so many tings were not quite as they should be. The check in desk was a tiny little desk when you walk in. To get to the elevators you had to go through the bar and the restaurant ( both of which were dead). The pool was closed. The hallways were extremely hot and very stuffy as if they weren't air conditioned. If you wanted ice you had to go back down to the first floor.The room was fine but it was all the little things that took away from it.

Summary: My fiance and I ended a lovely day with a respite stay at the Sheraton. My fiance had knee surgery and looked forward to a hot bath. Instead he got ice cold water in the bath and a nasty surprise when the plug cover separated and revealed significant corrosion. I took pictures and reported the issue to the front desk at check out. They said take the problem to Expedia!

Summary: The room was huge and great for our family with two tweens. We were disappointed that there is no longer an indoor pool, that was part of the reason we booked this hotel. The television is outdated so there was no options for streaming or casting which also disappointed the kids. The location is great to get to the mall and a quick ride into Boston.

Summary: We were given a room that had pets in it and it smelled.i had dog hair on my bed and it was on the carpet. They did change my room and apologized. They should be more careful during check in and not put people without pets in a room that allows it.

Summary: Extremely unimpressed with this hotel. The images online did not reflect what the hotel actually looks like. Everything thing was extremely outdated. The sheets were old and barely clean. Other than the receptionists and the restaurant/bar, everything was an absolute no. Do not recommend.
