Summary: We had something fall out of the ceiling in the bathroom overnight that fell into the tile floor and was so loud it woke us all up. We were unable to control the temperature in our room after multiple attempts to play with the thermostat. We paid for a balcony room and were given a room with a door that opened with a gate in front of it. You could not step outside. From the 9th floor you will have some trees in the way of your fall views. For the money, it was not worth it.

Summary: Everything was OK with the hotel except for parking to charge $55 a day for regular parking and $70 for valet parking knowing that most people would not want to go and park five blocks away in an unsecured lot is really not fair to customer service we stayed three days and we’re charged $170 for parking that is outrageous. That is more expensive than one of the nights that we booked with your establishment, you need to treat your customers better parking needs to be included the amount of money that your hotel chain makes per day is unimaginable indefinitely not fair to the consumer that books there trip with your hotel

Summary: Maybe next time you provide towels for the guests, please ensure that the towels are clean and don’t have blood stains and women’s makeup stains. We were not able to use 2 of the 4 towels for a family of 4.

Summary: Check in was smooth and the gentleman who checked us in was very sweet and helpful! We got spoiled with a great view in room 2297. Enough space for our family of 4. Amazing water pressure and comfortable beds. All staff was friendly! I saw the suites 2273 and oh my! What an incredible space!
