Summary: Really expensive for minimal services

Summary: We have stayed at The Sheraton Bayfront several times over the last few years; however, we have not stayed since their remodel. Although we liked the dark wood nautical decor in the hotel rooms, the refresh of the rooms was still inviting and comfortable. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The only picky thing we found is the lack of pressure in the shower head. Although, it may be a water saver, it took twice as long to rinse soap off due to the low water pressure in the shower. We ate at the hotel restaurant, Two 45, both evenings of our stay and found our food to be delicious. Our first night waitress was friendly and competent. Our second night, although our waitress was competent, she was not quite as friendly. The hostess/manager of the restaurant was very good at circulating around the restaurant making small talk and making sure that everyone was satisfied with their food. The employees from the front desk to cleaning were accommodating and friendly. We love the Erie Bayfront and love staying at The Sheraton. It is our go-to when we need time away from home and jobs.

Summary: In general the stay was very good. However, there are some things you might want to address. Check in and out in lobby was difficult to hear desk attendant due to loud lobby music. Also, no site map. Didn’t know where anything was located: lobby to garage, pool, exercise room. Had to ask. Wi-Fi access was a bit confusing. Room and room service were excellent but bathroom was quite lacking. In our room, the door opened into the toilet. Toilet was very uncomfortable due to angle of door. No shaving/ makeup mirror. Limited counter space for personals. Looked nice but not user friendly. Also, room not particularly sound proofed. Door seemed not to shield hallway sounds - elevator, ice, traffic.

Summary: I’ve stayed here several times on my way to visit family, either in my own or with my husband. I always have at least one of our family dogs with us and the hotel is super dog friendly. The bar is a great place to relax and has a nice view of Lake Erie. Seems a bit expensive for the area when you factor in pet fees and parking but it’s a nice, clean property and the staff are all super helpful and friendly so overall decent value.

Summary: The hotel was lovely. I had a terrific room overlooking the lake. The bed was comfy. The room was well appointed and very clean. I had a wonderful dinner in their restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Friendly staff. We had dinner in the restaurant, we both ordered the Clam chowder and the cream was bad. We had to send back. The sheets on the bed were very scratchy. The cream for the coffee in the room curdled. Otherwise it is a very nice location.

Summary: We had a nice time. The parking payment doesn't work correctly through hotels.com. It shows up as an extra guest, but the front desk was helpful in fixing it. We had a fire alarm go off at around 10pm, so there was some confusion and while I think everyone got out ok, the all clear was a little confusing. Things happen and I think overall the staff handled it well. The room was clean and comfortable, I would stay again.

My room with a view of the Bay was AMAZING, the room itself was comfortable in every way which made my stay Relaxing, and Peaceful which is what i needed.
