Summary: We called 2 months prior to making reservation and asked if the pool would be open and they said yes but when we arrived at check in we were told the pool was closed. Clearly staff doesn’t know what is going on as the front desk person said the pool closes every year sometime in November. I would have booked a different hotel with a pool that could be used if I knew this in advance

Summary: On the first night of our 3 days stay the room we got 706, the tv had only 1 channel, the drawers were broken and the outlets on the table was not connected (no cord to connect to the power). We asked to be transferred to a different the next day. Next morning when we got transferred my husband realized he left a tshirt on the bed, I reported this immediately and after a while got a call from front desk saying that the tshirt was not found by housekeeping and yet not even a minute after this call , someone knocked on the door with the Tshirt.

Summary: Our room was very cold because furnace wasn’t working. Because we checked in very late we didn’t bother to call guest relation to report it. Called the next morning and they tried to fixed it but it still wasn’t working so they moved us to another room. We’re glad that the maintenance person was very helpful and moved us right away.
