Summary: Physically, everything was nice. But sincerely, the staff was wonderful. Even making alterations to my stay, they were so helpful and accommodating, even on the phone before my stay even started. I have the same convention twice a year, and I will stay there every single time

Summary: Very disappointed. I have stayed at the hotel over the past five years and it has gone downhill considerably. The dead bolt lock for my room didn’t work. The TV wasn’t working and the front desk told me to check to see if it was plugged in. No way I could find the outlet and the correct response would have been they would send someone to check it out. Finally did send someone that got it working. The room “refrigerator” was useless. Barely cool and you can’t change the temperature setting. Not just my room, all rooms. I had medication that needed to stay chilled. Asked the front desk if they could keep my medication in their refrigerator so it would stay chilled. Except, even that wasn’t enough to keep it properly chilled. They have three elevators and the middle elevator was unreliable. Would go to my floor but the door wouldn’t open. Had to go back to the lobby and switch elevators. When I mentioned this to the front desk, the response was that, yes, the middle elevator wouldn’t always work properly so take the others!! But, they didn’t put a sign by the elevator so others wouldn’t use it. And, this happened a couple of times because it did work, some of the time, but after the third issue I never trusted that elevator again and did not want to get stuck.
