Positive: The food from the restaurant was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful in the hotel and the restaurant. The room service staff was gracious to bring up missing items from our order. The staff worked with us by allowing a late check out with no extra charge. The parking and amenities were very convenient.

Negative: The hotel had no record of breakfast being included in the reservation price. We had to pay for the breakfast separately. My spouse found the bedding to be displeasing because it was stained. The front desk was unable to provide extra blankets or towels because they do not have access to Housekeeping after hours. The bathroom tub fixtures were complicated to use in our room. There was no way to adjust the hot/cold water temperature evenly. My husband's shower was too cold and mine was too hot!

Summary: Overall, we had a pleasant experience at this property and would return in the future.
