Positive: Location with good views, quiet and plenty of wildlife to see and hear. Outside seating with sunset view and BBQ is a good feature. Facilities clean and perfect for one person. Host was welcoming and helped me when I was lost trying to find the place. Also good location for travelling to Blacktoft Sands RSPB reserve which is a bonus.

Negative: difficult to find - instructions by booking.com not correct and need updating.

Summary: Great stay would recommend. It feels like you get away from it all .
