Positive: Exceptional location, quiet, private, beautiful views. Cottage is warm, comfortable, and clean, very well equipped. Communication from Olive, with arrival instructions etc was great.

Negative: For a person with mobility issues, the small size of the bedroom limits access to the bed to one side only. The bath is lovely, but again access is difficult if mobility is impaired. These are not complaints, but just for awareness for potential guests.

Positive: An absolute gem of a place with stunning views. The cottage was very well appointed with a log burner adding to the charm of the place. The owner has really thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. We would definitely recommend and come back again.

Positive: Location is 20 minutes drive from Killin along a tiny road beside the loch, through old woodland. very picturesque. remote little cottage with 1 farmhouse neighbour and 3 cottages down the lane. you can walk through the sheep filed down to the loch which is breath-taking. Under floor heating in the kitchen!, great decor, comfy chairs, books & boardgames. little fenced garden at the back overlooking the loch. delicious little slices of cake and a tiny glass bottle of fresh milk. coffee on the shelf. you can't go wrong staying here really.

It’s a quiet, relaxing spot, ideal for long strolls with our dog. The accommodation is spacious, beautifully designed with a cosy, homely feel. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bed was super comfortable, and the stylish bathroom was a standout. We loved the wood burner in the living room and the outdoor BBQ area overlooking the lake. Check-in was easy and very welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!
