Positive: The apartment is hard to find at first but the location is just next to the Shenzhen North Station, very convenient. The check in and check out is simple. The host is very responsive and helpful during the stay.

Negative: The place is not new but it's totally alright. Furniture is a bit worn. I think the cleanliness can be very much improved as we can clearly spot dust and mold several places

Positive: the property has not been properly cleaned up and you can find dust in areas not so noticeable, however, we had sharp eyes. Furniture was not well kept too. We had high hope but was a little let down.

Positive: Mr Lou, the owner, is very attentive and easybto communicate. The place is clean and close to Shenzhen Metro and High speed train to HK and Guangzhou. We stayed a month there and will come back in September. Very satisfied guests here. Don't hesitate to book here and you won't regret. Washing machine and dryer are working well. Water heater and water pressure are excellent too.
