Positive: The location is great , so close to the beach , would be lovely in the summer The view of the sea was good

Negative: Sadly was very basic and tired Smelt a bit damp and unloved , a few maintenance issues, just felt like it needed a good bit of time sorting out little things , new bathroom , but splash boards dented/broken were door opens , tired furniture Bedrooms were basic , beds were comfy though Electric ran out on day 2 , was easy resolved and was reimbursed quickly but if that had been after cafe shut and hearing runs on electric so could have been freezing! Was a good base to venture out and explore the south of Cornwall great location
