Positive: Location great - right on the SWCP and we wanted to walk a section. Really close to the beach (100m max) but without hearing the noise of people, just waves occasionally. an easy walk from Looe and a reasonable walk from Seaton (not that there's anything in Seaton) but Looe is lovely.

Negative: There arent any shops in Milendreath, so if you want a food shop you need to drive. There is no public transport. We were only there for 3 days and walked to Looe so picked up odd bits and pieces but of staying for a week we have needed to do a "shop". This isnt actually a "dislike" - we wanted somewhere quiet so it kinda goes with the territory.

Positive: We stayed in the studio apartment which was beautiful & bigger than expected. The added addition of a private outside area with sun room overlooking the bay was amazing. We sat in there in the late afternoon with the door open watching & listening to the waves which was very relaxing. Well equipped kitchen with cleaning products & tea coffee etc. included.

Negative: Nothing re the property but there is pretty much nothing there. Just a small cafe & beach bar & whilst both were very good (the cocktails & position of the bar were fantastic!) that is literally it. The “25” min walk to Looe town is a hard & in places, very difficult walk / climb & we are fit & used to long walks. I unfortunately slipped & fell on the first day whilst wearing appropriate footwear badly twisting my knee (it was wet). We didn’t want to be driving on this holiday, it was very much about relaxing & walking with the dogs which made the walk even harder. I do think this should be made clearer, a less able person would not manage the coastal walk.

Summary: Beautiful accommodation with stunning views.

Positive: very well equipped kitchen, great mattress, very good location - you can´t wish for more - not far to the beach or the coastal path. My husband had forgotten his cap when we left. Chris and Maria immediately agreed to send it by post.

Negative: Unfortunately, the studio does not have a direct view of the sea. This should perhaps be mentioned - we would have liked to have been in the upper flats with a great sea view.
