Positive: The house is great for a group of people who want to have private rooms (3 bedrooms with individual bathrooms) and also a good place to gather for common activities - lobby area with the common kitchen is spacious. All the electronics were good and working (kitchen devices, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, TV), I only noticed some leakage from the faucets, but that wasn't critical. Location is also great, we had a supermarket across the road and a seasonal tent with fruits and veggies. The beach is in ~5-10 minutes walk away

Negative: The bigger thing, I think, is that location on booking.com is a bit misleading, it's rather closer to the center along the same street.

Positive: Convenient parking on the premises, close to a grocery store. The house is well-equipped with high-quality appliances, including an oven. A grill was provided upon our request

Negative: Check-in was delayed by 2 hours because the house was not cleaned after the previous guests left. We had to spend this time walking along the coast
