Positive: Perfectly situated very near to everything yet in its own quiet setting. You have everything you need for a self sufficient yet homely style. There’s an easy going vibe with various friends and family coming and going. Kavitha is very in tune and offers you what you need before you’ve asked 😍 Ramu has some good stories to tell.

Positive: I had a very warm welcome from Kavitha and Ramu, and the longer I stayed the more at home I felt. I had a nice big rooom upstairs with a large shady roofspace where I could sit and enjoy the sounds of birds and the antics of the monkeys. Kavitha sorted me out with a tuktuk driver to take me to the important sites while I was staying, she made me delicious breakfasts and occasionally she and Ramu offered me delicious food in the evenings.

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like. I was happy wih the location away from Hampi Bazaar but some people might prefer to be where there's more going on with a choice of places to eat. I found the peace of the countryside was more important than being in the hustle and bustle of Hampi Bazaar.

Positive: Kavitha and Ranu were wonderful hosts. Looked after us so well. A highlight was Ranu's theatre troupe's magical performance! Also shopping trip to buy kurtas!!! A lively homestay with lots happening. Loved meeting the other guests as well!

Positive: What I liked - I loved almost everything about this stay! starting from the hosts, their hospitality, their willingness to host nicely (with a smile all the time), their behaviour, facilities in the homestay, the room size , cleanliness, whatever we requested for we received it right away. This place is perfect to spend a weekend in peace and comfort. Their chay was amazing, 😍 Just had the most relaxing weekend at this gem of a homestay! ✨ Everything was 10/10. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a weekend stay to relax and recharge.

Positive: We especially enjoyed our conversations with the owners, Mr. Shankar and Ms. Kavitha. They supported us with our requests and answered our questions tirelessly. Our room was big, clean and comfortable. The location, tugged a little away between the rice paddies, is very peaceful and ideal to explore Hampi using a mode of transportation such as a local auto rickshaw. We would certainly love to come back.
