Summary: This is a very nice hotel with easy access to the subway system. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the entire lobby is part of their restaurant, meaning that you need a reservation to sit anywhere after 11am. The restaurant food is of average quality.

Summary: I know it's a big city, but we could hear the subway from the 16th floor. We also went to the market and we wanted to get drinks and eat the cheese and meats we purchased- and were told to go to our room. We were going to order drinks but they said no. For a 5 star hotel, the guest made a request and would have spent a lot of money- in our room we had water. This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel- but hospitality was a bit missed.
