Summary: It was great hotel. Staffs were friendly and room was nice and spacious. One thing though, even after I showed them and email about the 10 MYR per night tourism tax will be paid by Expedia at Check in, they still asked me again to pay at check out. It didn't happend at my other hotel, Le Meridien at all. Other than that, it was great stay.

Summary: I booked stay in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel was nice, comfortable, staff very kind and helpful and clean (unlike surrounding areas and beach). I had 3 main observations that ruined my experience. First was the laundry service, which damaged my linen shirt. Luckily I was offered compensation. Second was the food, which I would rate 4/10. Third is that you can’t really bath in the sea and there is waste laying around the beach. I think for the money it’s not the best, but only OK.

Summary: We were there for hubby's 50th birthday. We had the Ocean View Suite and it had a great view. The room was somewhat dusty which is not gr8 for my asthmatic husband, but the Housekeeping Manager, Wong Syen, took care of that. He also coordinated with his colleagues at the teppanyaki restaurant to throw for my husband a surprise celebration. Its really wonderful how service-oriented the staff is

Summary: Overall a lovely hotel - the activities are nicely thought out for both families and couples. The downside is we visited during peak holiday season - the check-in experience was unorganised & messy (though the iced peach tea & cold towel were cooling). Other than that, most of the time staff were friendly and very accommodating. The facilities are fun & lovely, even the lifeguards are on guard, the eco-tourism aspect is well-planned. But the restaurant menus were all really pricey (a Malaysian resident package would be an option)
