Positive: The lobby is on the 68 floor and that one has amazing views already. Our room was on the 87th floor and the view from there is just.. wow! The outdoor heated pool (highest in the world we were told) is on the 71th I think and it's simply fantastic. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and the shopping center next door with a direct access from the hotel lobby is very cool, huge and has lots of different options for food and shopping.

Positive: Very nice property. Beautiful view, obviously. Great location in a fun area. Really good selection of international movies. Nice breakfast.

Negative: The person in charge of communicating with clients on Booking.com is not doing their job. It took days every time to get a response about airport pick up. When we got off the plane, no one was there.

Positive: The hotel is really well worth the money. The location is excellent! The hotel is very new. The staff are all very lovely and always helpful. Loved the outdoor pool too. We loved our stay there and will definitely go back soon!

Negative: The breakfast was just ok but doesn't matter for us. Good place to started our day anyways.
