Positive: The Location! Everything may be forgiven considering the location. You feel Yourself amazing in this district of the Shanghai. Just know - there are steep stairs, so large luggage may be a hustle. Old electrical circuits may turn off during shower or cooking. Other then that - it’s quite cozy, light and amazingly situated little apartment! Can recommend 🙏
