Summary: Absolutely lovely staff and wonderful amenities and place! I enjoyed walking on the old 1800s railroad by the creek, sitting by the peaceful pool and firepits, and I loved the delicious breakfast food. Also, my room was very clean, and the bed was heavenly! I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Amazing property and we'll definitely be back. Wasn't quite sure what to expect but it exceeded our expectations in every way. Gorgeous property. Super-comfy bed & duvet. Great pool. Staff & food were fantastic too, especially the trout omlette for breakfast. About a 25-minutes west of Woodstock. Also has a Chargepoint EV charger on property for overnight vehicle charging at super-low rates.

Summary: This was our fourth time at Shandaken Inn. Sadly this time it was only for one night, but it was such a wonderful treat. The staff is so friendly, the food and drinks are inventive and delicious (the pickled green strawberries in the salad that came with my salmon were phenomenal). We love the grounds - the evening was the perfect chilly night to cozy under one of the provided blankets around an outdoor fire pit. The room and little thoughtful touches were lovely. We love the bath products Shandaken Inn uses and started splurging on the same brand so we can feel pampered at home. Can't wait until the next time I get to go back!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Shandaken Inn. Check in was so easy and our room was well appointed, beautiful, and had the comfiest bed and linens ever. We ate breakfast at the Inn each morning. Coffee was hot and food was great. The property is beautiful. One of the days we were there it rained all day so my husband and I sat downstairs by the fireplace and played cards. My only suggestion would be that there is a Keurig or coffee that could be enjoyed while enjoying the sitting area.
