Positive: It was an ideal place for our needs. Daughter lives close by but has no room for visitors. It was clean and very tastefully decorated, a lot of thought was put into the outlay.

Negative: We arrived in the middle of storm Darrah, so it was a bit chilly on arrival and took a bit to warm up by putting the cooker/ oven on for a short time.

Positive: The place is super cosy, perfect for working close by at Shakespeare North. I was grateful for somewhere with full working kitchen and washing machine. It is noisy by the main road so I would make sure you prepare for this - there are ear plugs in the room which is great.

Negative: The shower drain was blocked and water would spill out into the bathroom which was a bit awkward but otherwise perfect!

Positive: 10/10 stay at Shakespeares Snug. Rob and Lisa were super friendly and very easy to deal with, they made check in a breeze. We stayed here while we were visiting Shakespeare North, perfect location for it. 2 minute walk away to the theatre and similar to some excellent bars and restaurants. Easy, short drive into Liverpool city centre too. The flat itself is lovely, finished to a really high standard, absolutely lovely place to stay. Great place, great location, great hosts. Can’t fault it!
