Hello! Welcome to the Shady Rest, in the small town of Hot Springs MT. The hot springs are our main attraction, with plenty of other sites to see around the area. The Shady Rest is small, and cozy, a queen bed ,twin, a fold out couch in the living room. A back patio, with a BBQ , a firepit, and a fenced in yard. We like people's fury freinds, but please be considerate. We enjoy gardening, and hope you enjoy the garden too. Bathrobes and coffee are provided. Summary: Cute little cabin in the wonderful town of hot springs! All the amenities you could ask for, a full sized kitchen and a big backyard for your four legged friend. The host was more than accommodating and gave us some local recommendations as well as offered us a deal if we wanted to stay another night but unfortunately the cabin was booked before we could take her up on the offer. It is very reasonably priced for what you get. I loved the toiletries that were in the bathroom - especially the lemon scented soap from Italy!

Summary: This was our third consecutive Memorial Day weekend at Shady Rest, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. Tonna and her husband have created such a beautiful and peaceful property. They’re always so kind and respectful of our privacy, yet incredibly accommodating whenever we need anything.While we usually come for the nearby hot springs, this time we found ourselves spending most of our time right at Shady Rest. The fenced yard was perfect for our 2 small dogs, and the firepit made for some cozy, relaxing evenings. Every time we stay here, we leave feeling completely refreshed and recharged.We truly couldn’t ask for a better place to spend our time. Thank you again, Tonna. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Summary: It's a small cabin with a wood stove and a cozy stone patio to catch some rays. The artwork and decorations are lovely. The only heads up I'd give is to point out the hot water comes from the underground caldera that feeds the hot springs in the area, and it smells of sulfur. Bring your own drinking water
