This cozy home is located on the back side of our 15 acre property. Extremely private and very quiet. Your neighbors are the next door neighbor’s cows and his one sweet donkey. You have a private driveway entrance and the entire house will be yours. No one will be bothering you at all. It’s a nice getaway from all the crazy things happening right now. Or You can be in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood in about an hour and a half. Asheville North Carolina in an hour and 15 mins. There is a new huge shopping plaza called the Pinnacle about 8 minutes from the house. Plenty of shopping and loads of restaurants.

Summary: Staying at the Cozy Cottage was enjoyable, fun and very Cozy. The place was very inviting and resources for a homey-type vacation were all present. All we needed was on hand including a phenomenal spice cabinet. The home was clean and decorated tastefully and had lots of family friendly options. We were fortunate to meet the owners upon arrival and they were very congenial and accommodating. We would highly recommend The Cozy Cottage to anyone looking for a memorable (in a good way) experience in the beautiful mountainous area of northeastern Tennessee.

Summary: We went to Bristol for the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals, but the house was so nice and peaceful, and Ms. Candace was such a gracious hostess, it would have been worth the trip without the race.

Summary: The whole family absolutely loved staying here. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room. The back porch is awesome to just sit back and relax along with all of the outside games that they have. The Host Candace was amazing and very informative on everything. We would definitely love to come back
