Positive: Everything went smooth like check-in, location, instructions before arrival, all good! The pool is clean and good to play with kids as well as to relax alone. It’s 15 min drive from Sevilla and free private parking.There are a lot of facilities and everything you need to spend the night. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay 🥰

Negative: Even though we’re glad to stay there, I would like to mention something important.There was a broken socket pulled out of the wall, within reach of an almost 2year old kid, which is very unsafe. The shower leaks a little, but if you turn it it may stop. The air conditioner doesn’t reach the beds, so it’s quite hot to sleep (but in September it’s ok because it’s not so hot at night)

Positive: Spacious appartement. Good communication from host. Lovely pool area. Really appreciated being able to watch English tv via YouTube. Nice and quiet. Appreciated the designated parking space.v

Negative: No air con in bedroom only in living room, although a fan was provided. We knew we were quite a long way out of town but expected to be able to access Seville by public transport. This proved too complicated so we had to drive in each time. No fun for the designated driver!

Summary: Lovely quiet appartement but quite far out.

Negative: The smell of cigarettes inside, far from the city, construction nearby, noise in the morning. There are double stairs , so not easy if you have luggage.

Positive: We were very impressed of the appartment! It has everything you need and you feel so welcome and home! It has a big parking spot infront of the appartment and you have a beautiful view on the balcony where you can breakfast. The sightseeing spots are near with a car (20-25 min) And Jose is a very nice host. Even when my friend forgot her passport there he sent it per Post. We liked it a lot and would go again there! I can recommend it very much! Thank you, Gracias Jose :)

Positive: Clean, comfy beds, big parking spot below the apartment.

Negative: We heard and felt each step from neighbours constantly (you have feelings that someone is in your apartment) we have trouble sleeping, because we heard what our neighbours are doing in 4am (taking a shower, preparing coffee and etc). It would be nice to have some hangs for towels in the bathroom.
