Positive: A really unique property in a stunning lakeside location. The main room is vast if a little unusual, with rooms off it decorated in traditional style. If you’re after high-end luxury and modern fixtures and fittings, this is not the place for you. It felt a bit like going back in time. A real experience, especially being able to go out of the back door and 10 steps later you’re swimming in the lake. There is a petrol station directly opposite the entrance road which has a small grocery store and next to it an even smaller shop selling fruit and veg / bread.
Negative: Parts of it like the kitchen felt a bit cluttered and could do with tidying up. The windows could have done with cleaning as they were caked in dead flies (don’t leave the door open for any length of time or you will be invaded by them). At check-out, the owner’s dad was there knocking at 11am on the dot, which felt a bit pressuring. I would expect at least a bit of leeway.

Positive: Wonderful place on the lake Sevan coast. Can swim, make barbecue inside, fire bonfire in the house. Good for relaxation and look towards the lake.
Negative: Nothing special, all good. Only territory around contains some random garbage, which would be good to remove.

Positive: We spent a weekend at Mariam's family house. We were unfortunately sick, but Mariam's family has been really helpful by providing us all the medicine and the food we needed. The house is very remote, so if you're looking for something authentic and calm this is the place to be.
Negative: I liked everything, this is exactly what we were looking for by going to this place. I would love to come back during summertime.

Positive: It is the best place to stay the night in Sevan! The beach house is so spacious and beautiful, it even has it's own private beach. We liked this place so much! I would really recommend.
