Positive: Absolutely fantastic location & amenities - can't wait to go back!!!! I really relaxed and the view (& pool) were amazing (as was its vicinity to the little village and the bus that goes straight into Florence). Loved the chooks and dog - owner (& family) were so lovely and welcoming.

Negative: Could have been a bit clearer that an agent was meeting us at the property

Summary: I haven't felt this relaxed and happy in a very long time - can't wait to go back!

Positive: The location is absolutely stunning and our apartment was very beautiful. Pool was lovely and views exquisite

Negative: The concierge service, Arthur, really lets this place down. Either no response at all or a delayed response to messages. We had a major problem with the toilet that didn’t function properly - we ended up having to flush it ourselves with a bucket. Concierge service knew it wasn’t working but did not reply to our request to change rooms. Very disappointing for accommodation that markets itself as luxury. Electronic key to gate wasn’t working. Remote control to television wasn’t working. So disappointing for such a beautiful place but for us wasn’t cheap and was going to be the highlight of our holiday.

Positive: We felt completely immersed in the beautiful surroundings of Settignano during our week-long stay in one of the immaculately 2 bed arranged rustic villas overlooking Florence. There was plenty of space to relax, read, cook, eat, and play—a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Europe. The well-furnished rooms and outdoor areas made us feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen inspired us to cook with local ingredients and enjoy sharing meals with our two children. We felt like guests in a family setting, made friends with like-minded holidaymakers, and always felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed at Settignano Tuscany Homes. These special moments are ones we will cherish and look back on with fond memories for years to come.

Negative: Note the road coming directly to the property via the GPS is very tight. You need to head into town first, then go to the property. The team will provide two sets of directions in any case.

Positive: I loved the aesthetic every detail was thoughtful curated down to the beautiful painting with a message upon our arrival, the place is gorgeous and we loved the whole stay. The view of Florence is spectacular.

Negative: My only concern/ dislike was the mould in the second bathroom on the ceiling. Everything else was spectacular and clean.

Positive: The property itself is nothing short of spectacular. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. Each home has a unique feel and style, all of which are beautiful. Our group had rented three of the four homes, and they were all amazingly well appointed, were extremely clean, and had all of the amenities needed to ensure that your stay is seamless. The pool is beautifully perched upon the Tuscan hillside overlooking Florence and the mountains around. I had reached out to the property to inquire about a private chef, and they provided! The chef, from Nugolo in Firenze provided an exceptional meal that made us feel like family. Would 100% recommend staying here. Zero hesitation.
