Positive: The crew were great, really helpful and dedicated to our needs. The room and view to the sea was excellent and unique.

Negative: The roads to the reception and room are full of stones, you might need the crew help to bring your luggage.

Positive: Amazing place right at the sea. Once you enter the hotel premises, you enter a different world- so peaceful and soothing, full of beauty and charm. You are in the nature but with all modern comfort. The “tents” are very spacious with a “dining room” where you are served nice breakfast and dinner which makes it very home-like. The sea is usually very calm, like a lake. The manager was very kind and helped us stay longer than we have initially planned. The staff is very nice and welcoming too! We can’t express enough our gratitude to all who made our stay wonderful! Thank you!🙏

Negative: It is a place so well designed and thought of, all is perfect!

Positive: Absolutely beautiful location by the water and the “tents” were super cool and very spacious. You need to get a short taxi ride to and from Uno to get to the station or the port to get to Naoshima Island (which is fantastic) but the reception were super helpful in organizing this for us. Eating meals in your tent is a nice touch and the staff were all very attentive. They also do a camp fire with marshmallows every night which was a nice treat.

Negative: One thing I found a bit odd is that you can only use the pool at your room’s “reserved time” so only one room can use it at the time. Our time was 6:30-9:30pm so if it is important to you to use the pool during the day I would suggest you check the time allocated to your room in advance. It also just felt a bit sad as sometimes there was no one in the pool (e.g. first thing in the morning) but we couldn’t use it as it wasn’t our allocated time. In addition the breakfast / dinners were fine but not amazing. The pizza was nice but it felt like we got quite a random selection of food and quite a lot of it that didn’t always feel like it went together. Not a major issue but feels like it would be a fairly easy area to improve.
