Positive: The caravan was clean and the location of the caravan was great. It was lovely being 5 mins walk to the beach and the facilities at Haven were good but not very clean. Donna was very hospitable and it was lovely to see kids toys and board games in the caravan.

Negative: It looked like a 3 bed in the pictures due to the blue and yellow sheets, but was a 2 bed and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Positive: We liked the location of the park and of the caravan. We loved having the deck to sit out on and the amount of space we had inside the caravan. Everything we could have needed was provided - excellent accommodation!

Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Positive: We liked the cleanliness of the caravan. They extra touches.

Negative: The Wi-Fi. This caravan was advertised as having Wi-Fi and Netflix that is why we booked it. Yes it may have it but it actually worked about 10 minutes a day. This was really frustrating.

Summary: Weather was awful. That’s Scotland for you. Very frustrating Wi-Fi. Caravan was lovely and clean
