Summary: Lovely place to stay and relax. A little on the pricey side for meals but there are plenty of amazing options within walking distance or a short cab ride.

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay at SereS Springs Resort! From start to finish, everything was amazing — the staff were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature. Our room was spotless, with lovely ambient lighting, daily fresh water bottles, complete toiletries, and the most gorgeous view of rice terraces in the background. It felt relaxing and happy the entire time. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal — tons of options, fresh fruits, juices, hot dishes, and attentive service. We looked forward to it every morning! The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile and were super helpful in arranging taxis and anything else we asked. Next time we’re in Ubud, we’ll definitely stay here again — no question. Can’t recommend it enough!

Summary: Absolutely lovely and highly recommended hotel if you're staying in Ubud! The staff are amazing and do everything they can to make sure you're well taken care of. The food at the hotel is excellent, and the breakfast exceeded all expectations. The surrounding nature is beautiful and offers the perfect view if you're looking to relax and truly find peace during your vacation. I also had several treatments at the spa, which I can definitely recommend while staying at the hotel. The rooms are nice and have everything you need — a large, comfortable bed and a view of rice fields, the pool, and the jungle. I used the hotel’s airport pick-up service, which worked perfectly. I arrived in the evening and it was easy to spot my driver in the arrivals hall. He also brought cold water and some snacks, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The hotel lived up to — and beyond — my expectations. I traveled alone and felt completely safe the whole time. I was very comfortable and got exactly what I wanted out of my stay. I stayed for 4 nights, which was the perfect length before continuing on to other destinations on the island.

Summary: This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and always greet you with genuine smiles, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. Their professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches that make your stay even more comfortable. The beds are cozy, and the amenities provided are top-notch. The breakfast buffet is absolutely outstanding. There’s an impressive variety of fresh and delicious options, including vegetarian and vegan dishes, and the selection changes daily so you never get bored. A special highlight is the Indonesian corner, where you can explore local specialties, an amazing way to discover the country’s culinary culture. The hotel is also perfectly located. Absolutely perfect in every way, I highly, highly recommend this hotel and would return in a heartbeat.

Summary: This resort was hands down the most beautiful place my husband and I stayed at during our Bali trip. From the moment we pulled into the driveway to walking through the main lobby and into our private pool villa—everything just felt super luxurious. The staff were all super friendly, and the service was great. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly all around the resort, which was a nice bonus. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and our room was always stocked with fresh water bottles—housekeeping made sure to refill them every day. They also have laundry and room service if you need it, which was super convenient. Overall, we had an amazing time and would totally stay here again!

Summary: This was a beautiful and nice hotel with fantastic view. The reason for poor rating is the location. The hotel is about 30 minutes of drive to nearest restaurant or shops. Each time you have to hire a taxi to go out. Also, if you have mobility or physical issue, forget this hotel. You have to either climb up or down about 20 to 30 stairs to get to your room. If you want to stay in the hotel and just enjoy the view and do nothing else, this is a nice hotel. Otherwise a terrible hotel. Eree the staff was very nice and friendly and very helpful.

Summary: Amazing resort. Really luxurious especially the villa style rooms with private pool. Definitely suited towards romantic getaways versus kids friendly resorts. A must try experience where you get getaway from the busy town centre and have peace and quiet. There also many activities available including yoga sessions however we travelled with our son so didn’t take advantage of it. There is also a kids club area with ball pit, children books. Would come again if staying in Ubud for complete relaxation from stress. 24/7 WhatsApp communication was really convenient.

Summary: This place is amazing. Everything was beautiful. The bathroom was almost as big as the room and the soaking tub was the highlight along with the private villa pool. The online pictures do this place no justice. If I ever go back to Bali I will be staying at this resort again. The only downside is all the steps if you stay in the villas. There is a ton of steps that you will have to walk up and down without any access to an elevator.
