Positive: I loved the beautiful area, the beautiful hostel, the awesome staff, the cleanest and best facilities I've EVER EXPERIENCED at any hostel in Bogota.....ND to top it all off, the great introductory rate that was offered on booking.com. If this place is available for the rates that are posted currently on booking.com when I return(I will 100% be staying here)

Positive: This is a very decent place, a villa. It looks more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. It opened just a week ago. The staff members treat their new business seriously. They are very helpful to guests. They are also polite and welcoming. And the most important thing is that they speak fluent English. You can pay your room fee with cash or online with a card. The property has a cute hall near the reception with carpets, chairs and a bench for guests to sit. There is also a piano that you can play. Walking further inside, you will find a courtyard (patio) with tables and chairs where you can sit too. It’s a great place to do some work on your laptop. The patio has a semi-transparent roof, so you don't have to worry about rain, but you can still get some soft light. There is a well equipped kitchen too. In the room, every bed has its own curtains. The metal frame makes it more stable than normal bunk beds, so you don’t feel very shaky when other guests climb up and down or turn over during your sleep. As a 189cm person, I find the length of the bed is also good for me. The washrooms are enough for the hostel even it’s full. The hot water is nice for the shower. They are also going to open a Colombian-style restaurant in the basement (actually 1st floor), so later you can also have some food there.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Sereno Hostels in Bogotá. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hostel has a unique vintage charm that gives it a very interesting and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel different from the typical hostel experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and local food spots nearby, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the city. Everything was very clean and well maintained throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated. One thing that really stood out was the size of the beds they are noticeably larger and more comfortable than what you usually find in hostels. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would recommend Sereno Hostels to anyone visiting Bogotá without hesitation.
