Summary: A nice hotel with a large room in the centre of the historic area but we arrived at 9.30pm and the restaurant and room service were closed and the only food was tinned sausages and chips at the mini bar. The breakfast was sub par.

Summary: Great location - 2 blocks from plaza bolivar. Felt upscale, safe, very walkable & close to all the museums. Room - clean and big enough. Great view. The shower had no pressure and flush wasn’t working great. Staff - amazing. They knew manageable English. Weren’t good with sure seeing tips though. Food - Breakfast was above average. Restaurant on the expensive side, but amazing food. NOTE: the 2 twin rooms are small & twin beds are good only for 1 person. They upgraded us for free to a king + twin.
