Summary: The staff was always helpful, polite and upbeat. The hotel itself I thought was beautifully unique with the high ceilings, to the cool balconies - drinking my coffee out there in the morning watching as the clouds lifted over the Andes. It's close to everything, and the restaurants nearby are all great. I enjoyed my stay very much - I'll be back :-)

Summary: It was in the most central location. Loved our room size plus the view was very nice. Although the room or property is not completely modern or updated, we loved its charm. Breakfast was good. The staff helped us with luggage, finding taxi or get a local guide.

Summary: Toilet didn’t flush easily. Taps were shaky. Top floor Restaurant food was not good. Hotel has seen better days. Spa towels were ripped. And the spa doesn’t have robes for any size other than small. Really disappointing.

Summary: The hotel is in a beautiful old building. The breakfast was great. Both restaurants for dinner were excellent. The fitness gym was very small. The pool, sauna, steam room were fantastic. Our room was on the first floor - near the breakfast area - it was noisy starting at 6 AM. The outside shutters on our windows had cracks in them that let a lot of light come in all night long due to street lights outside. We hung a spare blanket over the cracks to make the room a little darker at night so we could sleep.
