Summary: The road up to the house is in need of some serious repair. Big storm could also easily bring a large tree across the road. The house was perfect for us. Clean, spacious with good bedrooms and bathrooms. Just need some help with the road.

Summary: Had many delays with getting the code to enter the house. As we were all traveling on motorcycles the description didn’t originally mention that it was a driveway that was not motorcycle friendly. We ended up having to rent a vehicle and find a secure location for parking our motorcycles. This was an added cost and inconvenience. When we reached out to the property management company they did offer other options for the remaining time on vacation but none were able to provide us all of the same features. All in all it made the vacation stressful.

Summary: Great spot for our 4-day stay with 7 people. Plenty of space, house had everything we needed. Very close to grocery, food, etc. Easy to get around Richmond from here. Great communication and quick responses from host.

Summary: Family came to Richmond for a wedding and needed a place for 3 adults and 2 teenagers to stay. Place was perfect with bedrooms and baths as well as the basement area so the kids had a place to hang that was their “own”. Communication was TOP NOTCH. Internet went out during our stay and I reached out to James. He let me know where pieces of equipment were so we could reset (which worked beautifully)! Had offered to help troubleshoot of that didn’t work to get it up and running again. Well appointed with necessities and thoughtful decorative touches throughout.

Summary: Great place. Exactly what we were looking for. Pool table was a definite plus. Only 15 minutes from downtown, the airport, practically everything we needed. Our host, James and staff were so helpful providing necessary rental information as well as places to see and things to do in Richmond. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The house was very convenient to Pocahontas State park. Tucked into a secluded area, we didn't feel like we were in the suburbs at all. Large yard, common spaces, and amenities made this a nice house for bigger groups.

Summary: Stayed 5 nights and the house was clean and everything u needed was right there. We had people coming onto the property mostly teens playing in and around the creek. They were not very friendly but didnt bother us.

Summary: Visiting active military son and family. House was located in a secluded wooded area just beyond a housing division. We enjoyed the wildlife and space around us for son’s two labs to run. House provided plenty of rooms for us and multiple areas for all of us to gather. Enjoyed cooking holiday meals in the well furnished kitchen. Location was an easy drive to Williamsburg for a fun day trip. We would definitely stay again. James was excellent to communicate with.
