Summary: The rooms were more modern and the bed was very comfortable but the facility as a whole could use some updating. The hotel restaurant & bar had very odd hours and was barely open, which was unfortunate because they could have made a lot of money off the lacrosse tournament families that near filled the hotel. The pool was small and didn’t open until later in the day which again, should be when you know you have a fully booked hotel of youth lacrosse teams.

Summary: Our room was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. Large flatscreen TV, plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. However, we chose this particular facility because it had a restaurant. However, the restaurant is only open a few hours in the evening and its menu was far smaller than indicated on the website. (We walked to Applebee's next door instead.) It also irritates me when a hotel with so few amenities charged $50 to my credit card for incidentals. What incidentals? There wasn't much available. And they have not yet returned that $50 to my card. We won't be staying at another Four Points. We chose this one because we wanted a hotel close to the Richmond Zoo, but we also wanted a great place for food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner and were definitely disappointed.

Summary: Staff was very friendly. Amenities were lacking with a pretty basic gym, small pool and outside pool was closed. Restaurant service was good but food was only okay. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall very nice stay

Summary: The front desk employees were super friendly from the time we entered and the time we left the hotel! The room was spotless and the beds were really comfortable. It was very convenient with Applebee's Restaurant a walk up the steps from the parking lot! We would definitely stay again.

Summary: No service at check in. No luggage carts, no one cared.Booked an upper floor room with a view of what they call lake. It's a puddle. Had to have rooms changed twice because the view was of the roof top. The room stayed in was out of necessity it was getting late. view was a joke. Rooms are small, spare and expensive for some other "premier hotels". Entry light bulb needed to be changed again no one cared. Only two towels, dangerous shower, no hand rails. Check out was a hassle as needed a luggage cart "we'll see what we can do" was the reply. Received one to see there were at least 6 in the lobby, Restaurant was adequate, bartender friendly.
