Positive: The location is truly beautiful. The gardens are wonderful, it's the perfect environment to relax. The wifi is good, so it's also a good place to do some remote work. The rooms are clean, and they have a well-equipped kitchen, so you can also cook. Overall, it is an exceptional accommodation as long as you don't need assistance with anything.

Negative: The room did not have water the first day we arrived and it was hard to get assistance. We arrived around 7pm on the first day after a full day of hiking. We immediately noticed the shower had no hot water. We tried to contact the property. They had provided 3 phone numbers by text, but none of them picked up. There was an additional phone number in a sign in the room, which went directly to voicemail. In the end, I was able to get a reply to a text with one of the phone numbers. It was a slow response time (a message every 10min or so), and it took a while just to convince the person that the hot water was indeed not working. Even once we did, they were unable to help us in any way or send anyone to the site that evening, and said they would send someone in the morning. The next morning by 10am nobody had come, so we tried texting again. The number did not reply, but I was able to call one of the other numbers and ask that someone came by. By noon, a very nice worker came, and confirmed that indeed the water heater was broken. At this point, everything got fixed shortly after: the water heater was replaced and by 6pm we had hot water. Overall, it seems like it was just a misfortune, and I am happy with the way it was handled, but it was not easy to get assistance, and we did not have hot water for a full day of our stay.

Positive: We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit located on a koi farm. The grounds are beautiful with gorgeous trees, koi ponds, and bird cages throughout. It looks like the grounds may be used for weddings or other types of large gatherings. The unit was very clean and ideal for 2 to 3 people at most.

Negative: Just a heads up that there is another unit immediately adjacent to the one where we stayed (with a shared wall). The pictures of the front porch area represent the porch for both units. We booked the unit for a family of four which was a bit of a tight squeeze. Fortunately, we had extra pillows and blankets in the car to make it work. We are still glad we stayed there as it was a unique and beautiful place.
