Summary: This property is beautifully located just off the main road in Sterling. It is QUIET <3. The number of bedrooms was great, the number of bathrooms is a bit of a bottleneck and a logistical hiccup, I wished there were at least one more full bathroom. We were greeted with fresh, yummy cinnamon rolls that were huge and delicious. It was a VERY nice homey touch. The place could use a little up keep: the hot tub, while the water temp was perfect, the jets didn't work so well, so it was more like taking a bath outdoors. The place was surface cleaned, but could benefit from a deep clean. We were finding candy wrappers and garbage that had been stuffed between the couches and there were a LOT of dust bunnies in corners and under the couches as well. The 7th bedroom is a converted garage, so be aware that you have to go outside of the house to come back into the main house for any facilities or activities. The master bedroom was listed as a king...and while it might be a king bedframe...it was two separate mattresses...and that is a problem, especially for people who like to live in the middle of the bed. We didn't engage with the property owner because it wasn't necessary. Things were well documented and we were able to find replacement resources as they were consumed. It was nice to have a full kitchen and laundry on both floors, that was wonderfully convenient. No/very minimal cell service at the house...if you go out to the road, you get a strong signal. I recommend!

Summary: It is a great location and in a quiet area. We really enjoyed staying here. The space and set up fit our family so well. We loved the two kitchens and large sitting rooms and all the bedrooms. We loved the cinnamon rolls and cookies to begin with as well, it was such a nice touch! It seemed that some additional cleaning would help and the BBQ was rusty and the lid is loose so we didn't use that. Some light bulbs were out and the area rugs could be washed. The horseshoes and tetherball were not where they were supposed to be so we didn't use those either. Thank you!

Summary: We love staying at this property! This is our second year and we couldnt have been happier. The property is very nice. Its close to Palisades reservoir and has everything we needed to make our vaca memorable!

Summary: Pros: More than adequate space for our group of 23. Beds were nice and comfy. Our grandkids had a great time. We enjoyed the Palisades Stake Park near by. The deck was a nice feature although it is sunny in the evening. Cons: The house needs a good deep cleaning. We were not satisfied in this area. The yard could use some work also. We have sent a separate email to the owner about this. We would return to this property if the cleaning could be resolved.

Summary: Had our family reunion here for 25 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Loved the hot tub, volleyball, trampoline and fire pit too. Beds were comfortable and the fresh baked cookies and cinnamon rolls were a nice touch too.

Summary: This was a great house for our family reunion. We wanted to go to the Scandinavian Festival so it was a great location. Plenty of room for our group of 25. We loved the fire pit, volleyball and trampoline. Cookies and cinnamon rolls were a nice touch. Would definitely come back.

Summary: We loved our stay at peaceful valley, great location and plenty of room for our family, we brought our kids and grands. There were plenty of sleeping space and room to spread out. The kids loved the trampoline and hot tub. Having two kitchens was great, we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Our son liked the country setting, plenty of surrounding places for riding his 4 wheeler. Communication with the hosts was easy, by texting, and they surprised us with yummy cinnamon rolls and cookies left on the counter. It was also easy to book thru the VRBO app. We would definitely stay here again. Great place!!

Summary: This house was amazing! The main level/first floor just has 3 steps up and has great sized rooms and actually really comfortable beds and pillows. 3 bathrooms and kitchen are on this level and a family room, plenty of seating couches, chairs. Downstairs had more good sized rooms, comfy beds, another family room and kitchen. The property is huge! So much grass and flowers, the hot tub was utilized, and the views of open land with a great sunset, and sunrise was a highlight. Plenty of kitchen pots, pans, plates.. plenty of towels, blankets and extra bedding. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Super nice people. Definitely recommend this house if you are staying in the area!
