Summary: The property was clean and very cool. But to tell you this is a real pioneer experience is an understatement. The floors flex beneath your weight and slope, and are quite dangerous if you may roll an ankle; you can literally see through to the ground level in areas. The beds may also come from the 1800s, you will feel every spring and hear every movement across the house. Just getting luggage up the steep and narrow staircase is an adventure. The hot water is minimal. When it says it sleeps 12 know that is in 3 bedrooms. Promises made by the property owner were not kept. While the owners are very kind and friendly had I understood what this home really was I may have paid to tour it but certainly not to sleep there. I literally laid awake most of the night wondering if the floors would support us. It was honestly scary
